Hey @Hanjay, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this error message when charging your phone. I recommend trying another official Samsung cable to see if the cable is the root of the problem. Next, have a go at clearing the cache and data of your USB (no personal data will be affected). To do this, head to Settings > Apps > Select the three lines next to 'Your apps' > Show system apps > USBSettings > Storage > Clear cache/data.

@Hanjay Thank you for the update. Whilst it may be a time-consuming process, a factory reset will be a good route to go down if you haven't tried it already (this will be done as part of the repair process anyway). It's good to hear you've got a wireless charger to power your phone for the time being. An authorised Samsung engineer will be able to get this issue sorted for you as soon as you're able to proceed with a repair.
