The same issue here with Telia in Sweden and S22 ultra exynos, carrier suggests waiting for a new update (again) since this is a known issue, only discussed between Samsung and the carrier of course. I'm very upset with this fault to be honest. Lost a few action bids due to these network interruptions as well. A flight mode toggle on/off makes it work again.
