Hi, I set my alarm for 8am and didn't wake up until got 3pm with a 'missed alarm' notification. Why has this happened?

You slept through the alarm if you have a missed alarm notification.

Turn up the volume for your alarm and set a few alarms 5 minutes apart if your a heavy sleeper.
