Pop-up View missing shade option and cut upper half of the application

Dear All,

I have got issues with the Pop-up View of One UI 7.

I realized the shade option of the window is missing, will it be available again?

Second issue is the upper 4-5 line of the application is missing, the edge of the window cover it.
