May 2025 Update is horrid UI 7 - Battery life destroyed

I hate the new update on my phone~!  The battery life is half of what it used to be.  
I'm vision impaired and the new icons are not user friendly.  It's extremely difficult to see the remaining batter percentage now. 
I have no idea why they updated it this way but I hate it.  I would like to find a work around to the display and figure out what exactly is draining my battery now.

What is the Samsung Members App? I have seen it mentioned several times to give feedback to Samsung but if I search for it on my S22 Ultra nothing comes up...?

I hate it so much as well. Have not come across a single positive about this update so far... Bubbly little icons look like a toddler game, harder to tell what the icons are and impossible to read battery icon. I shouldn't have to search and add work-arounds to an update, which of course adds more stuff and processing to my already now fast draining battery. If I wanted an Iphone I would just buy one🙄

I have the same issue with not being able to to see the amount left in the battery in the display at the top  right of my Samsung Galaxy S8+ tablet . I am not visually impaired but have older eyes and even with new glasses the battery icon impossible to read now. As others have said why change something that was perfectly alright? 

Thanks for offering a kind of fix but is the suggestion about a widget for a tablet or a for a phone? My lock screen looks different to your example and I have not been able to find out how to  add a battery widget to my tablet. 

There are other things to hate about this update but this one is a daily pain now.

I've been a Samsung customer since the S2 and also have other Samsung devices like a microwave and TV.

But I'm seriously considering not buying any more Samsung devices.

One UI 7 is a complete disaster.
