Hi all,

I can't be the only one, so throwing this into the forums. It would appear the last update issued is doing something to kill battery life. I'm losing 10% in twenty minutes and losing power even when not in use. I have no idea why, nothing has changed from my side between now and the update being installed but I get 11 hours of useable time in a day instead of the 18 to 20 hours I was getting previously. I've logged an issue and sent reports, but I just want to throw this out here as well so others can see, pick it up, and hopefully get enough reporting in for it to be addressed next update. It's a shame this seems to happen every few updates.

Thanks in advance

J

Mine lasts almost 4 days S23U. Do you clear system cache and run App Booster after each update. Also most social media apps create huge battery drain.

You've got 1 day 3 hours used, with 4 hours 23 mins screen on time. 22 hours 44 mins screen off time. With 60% remaining. Is this not good battery?

OK vampire apps can drain your battery quicker than you can charge it. Adaptive brigness is it turned off as setting it manually helps. Wifi and Bluetooth. Unless needed turn them off. As your phone will look for a signal.
Extra dark and dim will help and battery saver will help.

Your battery is brilliant going by your screenshots 🤷.
Not really sure what the problem is?
