Hi @Fucu I appreciate you are unhappy but not the most descriptive post. In terms of Files/photos is syncronisation with One Drive set up? Are you photos not backed up anywhere else on cloud services such as Google one or Dropbox for instance or local storage. some information here for anyone who may be interested https://www.computerworld.com/article/3215095/how-to-back-up-android-phones-complete-guide.html I would recommend backing up photos and files, cannot really take the chance.
