Lost 5G connection after One UI Update

I bought this Phone vía Amazon as an American phone. I live in México. I was getting 5g fine but after I dont know which update I stopped getting 5g at all. Only 4g and 4.5g like 4g+

Any ideas? I tested my SIM card on other 5g phone and it works fine. 

Talked with my Cellphone internet provider They made a try in some options with no success 

Any ideas?

It's region locked to the USA so normally region locked phones won't use 5g from sim cards outside of the region.
