Does anyone know how to get the lock screen rotation to work? Mine is grayed out. Nothing I've tried will work. The device will not let me turn the feature on. If anyone knows the fix please let me know.

Thank you for the advise. I was having the same issue after my S23 Ultra updated to One UI 6.1. Now just need to figure out why having a video lock screen makes it so that you can not rotate the always on display. with one UI 6.0 I had the option to have the AOD locked to portrait or landscape and then the lock screen it self had some fun fireworks and was always in portrait mode. But that is a question for Samsung.

Can you tell me where I find the ' Video Lock ' as I am having the same issue, I've tried the 'modes and routines' which work great but NOT on the lock screen. I am used to having my phone on wireless charge in landscape mode overnight to use as clock, alarm, and security camera notifications - with poor sight, I cannot change the lock screen clock size or rotation since the last update on 7th April 24.... thanks Samsung

Video lock is not a setting but the type of wallpaper you have on your lock screen. If your lock screen wallpaper has any type of animation or movement or is a short video of something then Samsung has set this to be in portrait mode only thus removing the ability to rotate the lock screen to landscape mode. and with One UI 6.1 the AOD and lock screen orientation is directly related tied to each other.
So if you have a video wallpaper on your lock screen then you must change it to a static image or solid color of some sort, then the auto rotate button should become active and allow you to lock your phone in either orientation. Note the AOD orientation is does not change unless you go back to the lock screen, you can then change the orientation on the lock screen and when the AOD comes back on then it will be at that same orientation.
