Hello everyone,
I have recently been experiencing an issue with my phone's display, which I purchased in October 2022. It appears this is a problem already mentioned here [RIMOSSI LINK ESTERNI]
I wanted to ask if a free replacement of the display is covered by Samsung for devices purchased in Europe.

as colleagues have indicated above, we do not have any reports from several other users regarding the indicated behavior.
For this reason, we suggested that you proceed with sending an error report to our dedicated team so that we can proceed with the necessary software-side checks and understand what the source of the glitch is.
I suggest, therefore, that you consult the feedback received from the relevant department via the Samsung Members app used for sending the report and proceed as indicated.
