Issue with csc EUX in UK

I've just received my s22 ultra and again there is an issue with it configuring to BTU like the S21 Ultra last year 

The phone restarted with carrier settings on initial set up but my firmware is EUX 

This happened last year as the samsung servers couldn't cope with the new phones 

Has anyone in the UK got this issue again 

Also got stuck in a loop with the Google provider setting had to restart 

Always issues on launch come on amsung get your act together

i live in canada.  bought a phone with eux csc.   so i dont get updates.  how can i get updates.  do i have to change my csc??   im having issues getting to a current update to get to current op system.  still running android 10.  thanks if you can help

Hi SachikoT - I'm having an issue with my S24+, it's also not updating the security patch level. Stuck on 1 January 2024.

Service Provider Softerware Version: SAOMC_SM-S926B_OXM_EUX_14_0064 EUX/-/EUX. 

 

Please can you help me get the update to get the new security patch level.

Hi guys my samsunghas a CE label on the back of phone where the camera is located but I haven't seen other phones with it on what's does this mean it's like the EU certification label

Hello, did any one got a resolution to this? I got a Samsung S25 and not able to use Samsung Pay +. Gets an error 9904 saying content is not available in this region
