My samsung s22 uit is 256gb I try to remove ram plus but it still eat 36. 61gb system storage

It's normal and nothing unusual. System storage information doesn't necessarily mean anything to do with RAM+ (although it probably does add to it when in use). Most likely it relates to file allocation and other system critical data storage. This goes in line with why larger storage models consume more space (like in my 1TB).
