Most complainants have found there is a huge amount of customisation now available.

Samsung give people FAR MORE CHOICE yet they still just whine and whinge.

Yes it's rubbish so if you don't like it, buy another phone and not a Samsung one. They have been numerous complaints about it. If enough people leave Samsung then maybe it might make them take notice of what the user wants 🤔

You can hold an opinion on samsungs update and still be apart of the community- good or bad. Thats the beauty of the forums- filled with multiple perspectives, making the support given more valuable. Without negative comments/ reviews there would be no improvement. Looking at @keith30 account you can see how many solutions they've provided
