How to turn on Photo Assist

Thanks for your advice and link.  Before posting I have tried its steps but unable to turn "Photo Assist" on.  Please refer to screenshots attached;

Then Galaxy AI
Scroll down
Then turn off the Process Data Only on Device

It looks quite funny to me.  Before when I clicked "Settings" it popu previsous screen.  This time I can turn "On".  I don't know quite?

But I have no way creating its shotcut on "Home Screen" after login the phone.  Pls advise.  Thanks

In the screenshot you posted this morning, in Photo Assist you have the toggle showing off. Switch the toggle to the On setting see if that helps.

As already mentioned on my above posting, it is already "On".  But I can't locate "Photo Assist" on Settings.  Neither I know how to start it

It seems "Photo Assist" works on my Galaxy S24 Ultra Phone.  Pls see attached screenshot

Photo assist is as it states:

Generative edit: Move, resize, or reframe objects in a photo

Edit suggestions: Receive automatic recommendations for enhancing photos

Portrait studio: Convert portrait photos into cartoon characters

If you go to gallery press AI symbol you can remove objects from photos, add another picture on top, draw inside picture and generate AI image or press AI button i attached in screenshot to make people faces from photos to look cartoon, watercolour, sketch style portraits.
