Galaxy S22 ultra not updating

Hi, 
My phone is not updating despite trying every solution suggested by Samsung. Live in the UK and purchased phone from eBay (phone origin USA).Tried even remote control with Samsung UK.
They said, just wait and it will update. 
The security patch is from November 2023.
My phone prompts: update your software to keep your phone secure!....but I cannot.
I tried VPN, safe mode, restart, changing GPS apps... nothing.
Any out of the box solution?

Because your device is from the USA you'll only receive updates for it in the US. That is one of the downside in buying from the Ebay site . In future buy direct from Samsung or an network provider in the UK.

I once imported a Samsung Note²⁰ from Hong Kong into the UK, and I did still recieve software updates and security patches for that phone, albeit at a different timeline to that of the UK. 

I was reliant on Hong Kong region sending out the updates.

You will be too. 

You could try Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

It isn't Samsung's fault. They didn't ask you to buy a device built for the US.

Different regions have different laws and devices including software are built accordingly.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I know it isn't Samsung's fault. Still there should be solutions in place to mitigate security risks for example. It is not my fault either, and as a consumer, I need to be protected and valued.
