Hello, I've been trying to remove the FRP lock on my phone, but I need to enable ADB. I am not sure how to enable ADB/USB Debugging on my phone.

Go to Settings
Select Developer options
If Developer options is unavailable, go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number and tap it seven times
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Turn on the Developer options switch
In the Debugging section, tap USB debugging to turn it on
If prompted, tap OK to confirm
Hope this helps :). Have a nice day!

We are a customer to customer forum. And don't really get to techy here.
You might wanna head off to xda forums where you'd have more luck.
We strongly advise against messing up with your phone if you are not sure what you are doing.
Better safe than sorry.
