Either with the use of a PC:
Plug in your S8+ to the PC via a data cable and then transfer the SD card content to the phone's internal storage and then use smart switch to transfer all your data to the S22.
Or with the use of a USB C adapter with a SD card slot:
Remove the SD card from the S8+ and transfer the rest of your data from the internal storage using smart switch to the S22. Then plug the USB C adapter into the S22 and insert the SD card, you can then transfer the data to the internal storage using the 'my files' app.
