How do I redeem points

I have 12490 points which comes to £ 12.49 want to buy the new fold. How do I get to use the points I have to come off the price. The checkout takes my trade in off but I don't know how to use my points. Every time I try to check out using reward points the price goes up. It went from £929 to over £1600. Gave up in the end and paid by direct debit instead of samsung pay.

Be aware that sometimes, points cannot be used on certain products at times.
But you will notified of this as you purchase the product
