How do I claim my earbuds pro?

I recently got my pre ordered Samsung S22 ultra. I know am entitled to claim the earbuds pro and 12 months' free Disney access. However,  the benefit section on my Samsung member does not have any voucher for me to claim.

What can I do

Do you guys know how to claim them in other countries? The link only works for UK and Ireland, and I am from Denmark

@Rayan26: I have had a look into this for you, and the pre-order gift offer of the Galaxy Buds Pro is not available in Denmark. I apologise for any disappointment this may cause you.
