Hi...... since my last update I'm unable to find buttons on the base of my home screen . Can you help me? I've done the obvious ie settings etc to make sure the buttons and swipe is available, it says they are but there still not there. Any advice out there????? Also when I turn the phone off and on a page comes up called 'ONE UI phone'
And it's difficult to pass. Is this a bug?

I'd the wipe the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section as mentioned by @Tourbillon De La Vie  👍 does not clear the issue @stevie321 then perhaps as a very last resort back up and factory reset.

There is Safe Mode too > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
