I've read some things and I've realized it's somthing about there being a ble in the Bluetooth. I can't connect to the headset from my phone and in the instructions it says I can and people on youtube are able to.

I can't with my Turtle Beach 600 ²nd Gen I think because they are set up to connect to the plug in receiver that plugs into the games console @Dqrius
They don't have Bluetooth.

Although it explains it there is no error correction is there like someone I can email for turtle beach
