Green screen

Anybody else get a completely green screen when using whatsapp video call? The other person can see me but my screen remains green. Any suggestions/help? Seems to have been since the last update.

Same problem here and it doesn't matter who I try video call on which platform. I saw on another post but different country that their latest update had resolved it but I'm.on the latest.

The same model as mine. Have had to switch to an older phone so that my friends can see me during our group chat.

Did you manage to fix your green screen issue?

I have the same problem,  Samsung Galaxy note 10 lite.  The recipient sees green screen,  but I can see them. This have been happening for last 2 months. Everything else is okay

Mines resolved now. A device update was released which sorted it

Go to settings in your phone. And type in video call effects. There disable that feature or remove the background and set it to default and it will get fixed. Hope this helps
