Clear app cache, I had same issue

Your obviously still on a beta firmware so either downgrade or update to the final build or use samsung pay

That's fine I figured it out, I simply had to restart then it started working

Google wallet doesn't open on galaxy s23 ultra and everything possibly could to open the app but no luck
