Hi guys
I have got a brand new Galaxy S22 for about 1.5 weeks now.
The battery life is really disappointing.
I have checked reviews before purchase & everyone is saying 5-6 hrs screen on time minimum.
However my phone never last for more than 3 hrs screen on time since i have purchased!
I have turned off every possible settings & all the apps are in deep sleep mode.
The battery life is utterly unacceptable for a brand new phone.
Is my phone faulty? I am almost going to ask for a refund!

same with me... mizerable battery life with dark mode on.. adaptive battery on... and all features that save it on... is not take me at all from 9 AM to 6PM.. perhaps the last phone that i ll ever buy from this company... ia awful... I don't want to think what the battery will last in a few months from now...

I particularly 'enjoy' all this advice to faff around and turn off half of the features... on a brand-new flagship £800 phone!! Not sure whether to laugh at it or cry...

First thing what I was done after receiving phone was fresh flash last available software then factory reset from recovery i not using smart switch to copy my data from S21
My settings is normal i only switch off 5g network because I don't need and set screen refresh to standard
Bluetooth on, location on when needed usually half day on data when I'm in work and rest day on WiFi
I can easy manage all day
My phone is S22 base
