File keeps stopping and won't run

Anyone had their file app keep stopping?

Try wiping the cache of the app and that may resolve the issue. Go to Settings > Apps > My Files > Clear Cache. Hope this helps! 🙂

@fossil: If the issue persists, please try heading to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimise now, followed by Memory > Clean now, then restart your Galaxy S22. If My Files continues to close unexpectedly then please head to the Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Updates, and check for any available updates that might address the issue.

Tried doing this and the cashe was already 0. Problem still persistent
