I have just moved to America from Australia. I need to maintain my current SIM from Telstra.
I have gone on a casual plan.
I've tried multiple carriers. AT & T, T mobile. Both places have said i am unable to have an ESim. AT&T noted that my phone may be locked however i have found no indication that it is.
I own the phone out right and its incredibly frustrating that i may have to take the physical sim out and replace it with a local one instead of dual simming.
Phone is fully updated. Owned outright for past two years.
