Early Upgrade Email but unable to upgrade

Hi, I received an email to say my upgrade Window is open but when I click the link, enter my loan Agreement, it says I'm not eligible, I'm getting annoyed with Samsungs games, why send emails with false information. Does anyone else have this issue? Can anyone help?

I had this once last year
Weird thing was a short time later I could upgrade from the Note 20 Ultra to the Z Fold 3
Give it a couple of weeks and see
Wonder if those notifications get sent out a bit too early
