No it does not have a factory fitted screen protector.

Samsung sell a tpu plastic screen protector and some are also available via other manufacturers.

I use the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector on mine.

Usually it's only a thin film and not something I would leave on to be honest.
As @BandOfBrothers says. The WhiteStone Dome is probobly the best of the glass protectors.

I did an article on a very good TPU film protector that works very well as an alternative to glass.
Bit fiddly to put on

Whatever you get, make sure its compatable with your fingerprint sensor.
Also after applying the protector. Re-register your fingerprints
