Check with your mobile provider as txt msg and notification msg use dif service. I had the same issue. Sorted via mobile sim provider.

Are you referring to verification codes i.e from your bank etc.

I agree with @unknown4now to speak with your Network Customer Services and also speak with the organisation your not getting these codes from.
