I went to samsung/ boost then Disney+ and it asked a few details I had to fill in then got this message 🤷
Hope I didn't mess it up really would like to get that 1 year subscription 🙈

I got the same message I went on chat with someone at Samsung and they said to wait for an email to come through

I asked someone on chat too meanwhile and was told the same, just wait for the email with the code.

The application process has indeed changed.
Instead of receiving the Disney+ Code immediately Samsung now send the code.
As per the pop up warning message on the request page please don't be tempted to create another application for the code as this can delay the code coming through.
