 I have this message from yesterday. 

I contacted Samsung customer service,  I proof my tracking number for royal mail,  I received  the confirmation email,  but I still have this notification and is very annoying.  Can please explain what happened. Thank you.

Their shopping experience is the worst I've had from any company ever. Their after sales service is terrible. If I need the simplest thing they make my life an absolute nightmare. The time I've wasted is ridiculous.

Have the same message and haven't part exchanged anything, this is on my brand new galaxy s9 tablet....what's going on?
