Please place your device into 'Maintenance mode' by doing the following:
From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps > Settings > Battery and device care > Maintenance mode > Turn on > Select whether to restart with or without creating a log. Samsung recommend creating a log when entering Maintenance mode > Restart. We ask you start your device in Maintenance mode to determine whether a third party application is affecting the performance of your device.
