Hi, my direct debit actually comes out around the 25th of each month and I have a lot more data than 2gb now I've upgraded my phone, it thinks I've used up all of my data and the nofications aren't set to warn me when this threshold is met either. How do I update the billing cycle and data warning?

I had the same thing last week, easy enough to fix, turn on data which will then enable you to adjust your settings, adjust data limit and billing cycle 😉

Because you don't have mobile data turned on 👍. Slide that to on and the rest should be available for you

Ok emma no need to have an attitude. the simple way to fix this is by turning on your mobile data and then selecting the option and following the steps piperdog said. the reason its blocked is because you disabled your mobile data.
