Creating a mass email chain to go at Samsung about signal issues

Need to know if people are willing to join me in the fight against Samsung for everyone who has suffered with signal issues since their phone has updated. Is anyone willing to join the fight? This can be current or in the past. I am making a stand because this is not oki and should not be happening!!

Question, by "signal issues" do you mean less bars in the top right of the screen or issues with calls and texts?

Issues in general with signal since an update, i.e. less signal, intermittent signal, signal dropping in and out constantly making it impossible to use the phone for phone calls and phone signal being non-existent

Personally, I feel that if this were such a big issue relating to the update, it would have been resolved. Samsung has not shied away from stopping updates or has arguably been pretty good at fixing these issues. TBH, my personal opinion is that the network provider is the issue or your personal hardware, as that's the only logical explanation I can see, given that this isn't a mainstream issue and seems to affect very few users. If it were an update issue, it would affect everyone, or at least those with the same device—or your phone's receiver is faulty.

Im absolutely not meaning to/ have no intent to say youre wrong- as that woudnt be fair to say when Im not in your shoes.

But, I'm sure if this is a big enough issue where you believe it's an update issue, your post will get plenty of attention and responses.

So why when you put the sim in another phone, why does it work, and then when you put a different sim that works in another phone, does it not work when it is in my phone. Personally, i have done my research and have a look on google, on here and other forums this has been going on for years.

I see it being the antenna on your phone. But again! This is how im seeing it due to the fact samsung have MILLIONS of users and if this was a software issue due to an update it would be everyone affected- not just a few on forums. Unsure if you read my response or just seen it as an attack as what I said contradicts what you asked
