Hello,

My phone has been continuously and randomly rebooting for the past three weeks. When it reboots, it stays on, but as soon as I enter my PIN code and the phone starts, it almost immediately reboots again.
I've attempted to put it in maintenance mode, and it didn't reboot at all. I also cleared the cache, but it didn't resolve the problem.
I saw that lot of people had this problem after updating the phone, can samsung do something about it ?

Hello @semsmona and may I take this opportunity to extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I'm disheartened to hear of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone 😔

If the phone will not allow a factory reset then I would suggest to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

As the phone stopped rebooting in Maintenance Mode, this indicates there is a downloaded app causing the behaviour. Maintenance Mode and Safe Mode are both very handy tools as they disable third party apps.

We would recommend uninstalling your downloaded apps, one by one, until the rebooting behaviour stops. Once you have found the problematic app, either keep it uninstalled or contact the app developer for a fix. App developer details can be found on their app page in the Play Store or Galaxy Store.

After an update, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra started rebooting repeatedly today and then went black. I haven't been able to get it to come back on. It's very frustrating!

There is no way to Uninstaller apps as it doesn't boot not even in safe mode.

I would have loved to, but as soon as I put my password, the phone restarts

I went to see them, the guy told me that his boss told him to stop taking in phones with this problem because they had lot of that and they don't have the piece (motherboard) available 😕
