Generally I would say the optimum level is 20-80% ,though the charging limit option in Samsung Devices should be fine. However you need to factor in if you will have sufficient charge for the day (in cases where you do not have access to a charger) Certainly should not let it drop below 15% anyway. I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi @Drapes
I charge my phone to 100% and do not let it drop below 15%.
For me I find this keeps my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra in good order..
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
