Change language

Hello to all,

I haven't had a samsung phone for a very long time, but recently updated to a new s22 ultra. I live on Malta, but I am an American. Is it possible to change the language that the samsung members app appears in? Otherwise I'm stuck screen shooting the app over and over to have google translate.

Hi, The app language is decided by the region. Malta is also apparently covered by Italy and hence the language. The best option for you is to use the web version of Italy members site and use Google/ Samsung translate or use the UK / US version of the members website.

Why would Malta be covered by Italy when the two official spoken languages of Malta are Maltese and English? Malta is not part of Italy.

People will move to other brands if you fail to resolve this.

If not so, are you talking about the main set language, on the device itself?

Can I change my region. Because if you can't do Maltese then the British community is of far more use.

Or even turkish. I can speak a bit of turkish.

What good is it forcing me into the wrong (Italian) community Because of my region. when I speak 0 Italian, not having anything to do with Italy? 🤦‍♂️🙄

I am sorry that you disagree that for Malta the intended region is Italy and consequently the language used is Italian.
