Can't get the latest update without wifi.

I'm having issues with my latest software update. I only have access to mobile connection, my update in January worked fine over mobile network but can't get this latest one. Any ideas please.

@joff69: As Mobile data connections have the potential to be temperamental due to loss of signal, usage caps etc, I always recommend connecting to Wi-Fi to complete any updates that might be available on your device.

Hi. You should be able to update via smartswitch if you have access to a PC

Also for updates make sure phone is well charged.
