Calling in Northern Ireland

Hi, 

For the past couple of days when I call my partner on here mobile phone her ring tone while it's calling has changed. It's like I'm calling a number from a different country. 

We are both in Northern Ireland so I can't figure this one out. 

Anyone got any suggestions of why this is happening?

Iv been having the same issue for the past few days

is it an Irish number that appears (+353....) then maybe you are yo close to the Irish border. check what your phone says at settings -> about phone-> status information-> simcard status-> roaming. (it should say not roaming)
I could not findcthe setting to switch off roaming but it should be somewhere...
