@Magicball66: While this might be difficult to verify, you should also check to see if the contact is currently in a low signal area, or if they have accidentally blocked you on their phone. The latter is less likely if you're still able to text them, but it is worth exploring as a possibility. If they are currently abroad, then it may not be possible to reach them due to restrictions on your mobile contract, such as a spend cap.

The contact is very much in the uk and is in the same signal area as when I always ring them.
It has really stumped me as to what the problem could be.
I can ring anyone bar this contact, but this contact can ring me and we can both text each other.
