Just dropped into my local samsung store in glasgow, after telling them after ui 6.1 update the phone overheats top right corner, signal drops completely and that's with bluetooth, wifi and roaming data all turned off the phone then goes into a restarting loop, it used to last around 15 minutes but now it can take hours and I said the update has caused the motherboard failure, he turned round and said you can't be certain as we haven't had anyone else in with this problem but we charge £30 to diagnose and if it is the motherboard and your out of warranty it's around £600, woman next to me was talking to another member of staff turned around and said nobody else has been in and reported this?? I'm here for the same thing on my s23. Samsung should be taking responsibility and repairing these "flagship" bricks free of charge, your customers never broke the phones YOUR updates did! As for me as a samsung customer for 20 odd years I'm never buying a samsung device again and I'm waiting on my new iPhone being delivered, I really hope anyone experiencing this problem gets handsets repaired for free if samsung take ownership, but I doubt it
