A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.
Completely unpair all Bluetooth headsets from your S22+.
Restart your phone.
Re-pair each headset individually.
Safe boot:
Boot your S22+ into Safe Mode. This disables all third-party apps.
Test your Bluetooth audio in Safe Mode. If the problem persists, a third-party app is likely the culprit.
Clear Bluetooth cache and data:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Tap the three dots (or lines) in the top right corner and select "Show system apps."
Find "Bluetooth" in the list.
Tap "Storage," then "Clear cache," and then "Clear data."
Restart your phone.
What headset is it? Example samsung, bose, Sony ect have apps. Download, make sure up to date ect
