Blank screen on permissions page and default app page

Has anyone have the permissions page just blank?
Also the 'choose default apps' page is also just blank!

The high contrast font is the only thing that helped! 
I didn't leave it on. Just did to be able to see the permissions and the default apps..then turned it back off. Hopefully Samsung will come up with a fix.

I have the same issue. It's a pity that this happened with a new s22. I can see all old school popups have this. Not bottomsheets or popupwindows

I am having the same issue.  Dark .ode on my S21 FE.  Nothing I have tried will fix it.
