I'll screen shot next time; sorry. It was the Navigation Gesture Bar and is now sorted. Thank you all for your help.

Can you share a screenshot of what your seeing please @lahoof  ?

It does not sound like the Samsung Pay grey bar that's placed at the bottom of the screen.

You could try Safe Mode > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

And try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It's Samsung Pay. Open the Samsung Pay app to remove it if you want.

Is it not the bar for swipe gestures you use instead of having the back button, close button and close all actions apps button

@lahoof - Adding a screenshot as suggested by @BandOfBrothers would help in understanding the issue.

It seems likely to be either the Samsung Pay Quick Access Bar or the Navigation Gesture Bar.

If it is the Samsung Pay bar, you can disable it as follows (depending on your version):
- Open Samsung Wallet app and tap on Menu tab.
- On the top right, tap on the Settings cog.
Tap on Quick Access > Access locations and default card.
- Here you can disable all the toggles as required.

If it is the Navigation Gesture Bar, you can disable it as follows:
Open Settings > Display > Navigation bar > Gesture hint
Here you can disable the navigation bar toggle.

Hope this helps.
