Very poor build quality and ruined the look of the phone

Cases need removing and cleaning every now and again
They are not sealed units. So grit and dust will get it.
I usually remove my Cases once a week and either rinse them out or use a cloth. Takes just a few seconds
There are Cases out there that are sealed, but awkward to use and very bulky

Samsung keep cost cutting yet increase phone prices year on year, they use the rubbish exynos chip rather than the much more superior snapdragon chip. This is a company on a serious decline

Er
They are using Snapdragon this year in all the flagship models
Just thought I'd point that out

Maybe so but the last couple they haven't been.. like what's the point? If they claim to build premium phones then why not use premium parts? Instead of being stingy yet charging silly amounts for a phone..

That was then
For me personally I never had an issue with Exynos chipsets in my phones.
I know some got spun up about the difference between them and the Snapdragon. That was until we found out that the software the testing app was flawed and wasn't giving the correct results
Hence why they withdrew support for Samsung phones.

I respect your opinion, but I think the phones I have a premium, and really enjoy them. Would I like them to be cheaper. Yes of course.
But we are where we are with prices now

The paint on side full of horizontal scratches. It was in Samsung official case. The paint quality is rubbish. After years of Samsung I'm seriously thinking of jumping to apple. Can't believe Samsung use such shoddy materials

I've heard of one other instance of the scratches on the frame. On latest 23u too

I'm curious. Why Apple and not another Android phone.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max as well, and it's probably one of the most boring phones you can get.
Incidentally, the iPhone gets scratched on the frame as well.
My 12 Pro Max had scratches on the frame.
The coloured finish on both phones is anodized, so will get marks unless you keep things clean
