I have issues on my S22 ultra with Google Wallet app and can't do payments due to "Your device doesnt meet security standards".

It won't be available for a while yet.
At some point in the Beta program it will become available. Probably nearer to general release

Google pay (Wallet) doesn't work with any beta it's for security reasons
