Help! Help! Help!

This summer, somewhere in june-july 2024, I started to experience some strange behaviour of my Samsung mobile - bugs, glitches, slowdown, heating and overheating etc. I thought OK, may happen, probably it's time for the hard reset (swap of device) taking into account the fact that it's running since July 2022. But, unfortunately, hard reset (swap) didn't help. I was suffering and still suffering now, it's not possible to operate the device with such flaw. Then I checked the internet and was very much shocked - there are so many articles about low quality of Exynos 2200 processor. OMG!!! And this processor I have in my device unfortunately. I would like to use immediately my right for warranty and return back that mobile. I'm asking Samsung either return my money back or replace for a new device Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 1 Tb based on Snapdragon processor (yes, I'm still a fan of Samsung top models and Android).

Samsung officially recognized that Exynos 2200 is a problematic processor and within time causing big troubles. I know definitely that such issue cannot be repaired or resolved by firmware/software update, only one working solution - replace device for a new one based on Snapdragon processor. The hardware issue cannot be resolved by software update. That's why I would like to use my right to replace the device. Samsung must recall such device and provide a new one.

Please advise?

Dear Ajay,

I bought at Samsung Benelux in July 2022 and first time reported that issue a couple of weeks ago.

I do believe that the truth is on my side and Samsung shall take responsibility for the malfunctioning of my device.

Please follow the link to see the video of malfunctioning:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CtKl8DtiIQpshLmleADuNgH3qsEcPFoS/view?usp=drivesdk

Can you hear the noise device producing? What if some day the device would explode or ignite by itself?

Do you believe it's normal for such amount of money I paid? It's absolutely abnormal and shameful. Please understand me as a fair customer and help me to resolve my issue in a normal decent way. Please do not disregard my request.

Let me please provide some articles proving that Samsung "killed" Galaxy S22 Ultra. Please pay attention - not me as a  customer "killed" the device, but Samsung. It's Samsung's fault:

=============

Article 1:

https://www.ixbt.com/news/2024/12/19/samsung-galaxy-s22-galaxy-s22-plus-galaxy-s22-ultra-one-ui-6-1....

"Some Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus and Galaxy S22 Ultra slow down, lag, go into a reboot loop: the latest version of One UI 6.1 "broke" smartphones.

Many users encountered problems.

There have been many complaints on social networks and the official Samsung forum about the performance of the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones: the devices slow down, lag, reboot several times a day or simply go into a cyclic reboot.

Users note that the problems began after installing the latest firmware - the September update One UI 6.1. Many users claim that after contacting an authorized Samsung service center, they were told that the problems were caused by a malfunction of the motherboard. And this is not very good news for many customers."

Article 3:

https://screenrant.com/samsung-galaxy-s22-series-exynos-issues-examples/

"But the company began rolling out an update a few days ago for Galaxy S22 series phones in Europe, the market where Exynos variants are sold. The update also brings the April security patch, but the changelog only offers a vague stability improvements explanation. Some users have shared that the battery life woes have been resolved to an extent after installing the update, but it is unclear if the screen and performance issues have also been addressed."

Article 4:

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/s22-ultra-with-exynos-has-performance-amp-disp...

"the only thing I can say is to hold off on purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for now if you live in Europe, because as it stands right now, the Exynos 2200 Galaxy S22 Ultra is completely unusable as a daily driver. It’s incredibly laggy and the battery life is terrible, too. This isn’t even the first day, it’s the second, and even “calibration” shouldn’t cause it to only have 50 minutes of SOT with 67% left."

============

I can provide a lot of articles complaining about the low quality of Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Regards,
Erast

Dear Ajay,

Thank you for the feedback but I would like to indicate that I have legal rights on the following:

Een consument heeft naast fabrieks- en/of verkopersgarantie het wéttelijk recht op een deugdelijk product dat aan de overeenkomst voldoet (artikel 7:17 BW). Als het product niet de eigenschappen bezit die ik als consument ervan mag verwachten en het gebrek mij niet te verwijten valt, heb ik op grond van artikel 7:21 BW recht op herstel of vervanging van het product. De verkoper van het product dient hiervoor zonder kosten en binnen een redelijke termijn te zorgen.

Thank you for your response Erast,

Like I mentioned before, because you reported the issue outside the warrenty period we can only offer you acces to our discount portal. You mentioned earlier that 'Samsung officially recognized that Exynos 2200 is a problematic processor...". Can you provide me the source? I will then discussed it with the corrosponding department.
