Wireless charger problem

Hi guys, I'm just asking if anyone can help me fix this I think it might be my phone, not the wireless charger each time I play it on the pad it flickers off my phone, saying fast wireless charging to charging it keeps flickering on my phone, not like the screen flickering, but keeps displaying different messages multiple times. Does anyone know why this would be happening I have tried to unplug the wireless charger and do many things to see if we can get a backup running but it seems to not want to work does anyone know please post down in the comments below

Is this an official Samsung Wireless Pad ?

Perhaps try another phone on the wireless charging pad and see what happens. 

Also try your phone on another charging pad. 

Try another charging brick and cord that fits into the charging pad. 

Does charging work OK via a wired charging method. 

You do have a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App and a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if you feel this is needed.

No I'm not using an official Samsung wireless pad sadly my problem has been fixed all I needed to do is just unplug my charger and plug it back in but yes wire charger is still working and I have realized that it was just not plugged in properly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your help
