Good evening everyone, I'm facing an issue with my Galaxy S21. The "wipe cache partition" procedure doesn't seem to be working for me. I've followed the instructions provided in the community, but it hasn't resolved the problem. I even searched online and noticed a slight difference in the steps mentioned here and on other websites. Can someone please guide me through the exact steps I should follow or suggest a possible solution? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you all in advance!

Hello AdonisRiley, welcome 😊!

Below are the steps to follow to perform the wipe cache partition procedure:

  • Turn off your phone
  • Take care that the USB connector is used, for example by connecting it to a PC
  • Hold the Power and Volume up button
  • When Samsung appears, release only the Power button
  • When the blue screen appears, also release the Volume Up button
  • On the following screen there will be many items: moved with the volume key up or down to select "wipe cache partition"
  • Confirm this choice with the Power button
  • Move to "Yes" and confirm again
  • Finally place on "reboot system now" and confirm.

So wait for the phone to restart completely, it may take a few minutes.

I’ll be at your disposal.

Have a good day,
