Why there is no option to remove/block someone from using my Hotspot?

Why there is no option to remove/block someone from using my Hotspot? I don't get why Samsung will disable a feature like that , I use to be able to do it on my older samsung devices, I work in a place and I use to switch on the hotspot for them but I don't want to anymore and I want to be able to remove or block the connected devices to my phone.

Just change the Hotpot password and no one can connect unless they have new password

yea that'd work but it's abit insufficient... it'd be good if they added a feature so you could limit the usage of each device, remove a device off your hot spot etc...

How do you know if there's someone's usesing your hotspot?
I'm on a s23 ultra and I just turn it on or off but it doesn't tell me if anyone's usesing it

Go to your WiFi then click on quick share ...at the top is 3 dots ....just click turn off quick share
